This type of machines allow the moulds to rotate on multiple axes. This is due to having the moulds built onto arms which rotate on two perpendicular axes. While rotating, the moulds are moved into an oven where the heat melts the powders. The arms will continue to rotate as the moulds are removed from the oven for cooling.

Bi-axial machine is mainly use for high production capacity with multi capacity product manufacture in a single cycle simultaneously like 500 ltr,1000 ltr, 2000 ltr simultaneously in a single cycle.

We’ve BA2000, BA5000 and BA10000 Ltr models to manufacture the water storage tanks from 300 ltr to 10000 ltr capacity.

1) Single arm Bi-axial Machine :

• Single station bi-Axial rotational moulding machine.
• One straight-arm
• Typical cycle time 65 to 70 min (25-30 min heating, 20 min cooling, 20 min loading & unloading).
• Fully automatic burner, diesel or LPG or natural gas.
• Fuel consumption cycle around 3.5 kg of LPG depend on model capacity selected.

2) Two arm Bi-axial Machine :

• Fuel consumption cycle around 5 kg of LPG depend on model capacity selected.
• Connected load starts from minimum 10H.P. depend on model capacity selected
• Process temperature upto 200 degree celcius.
• Available 2000 Ltr,5000 Ltr and 10000 Ltr two arm Bi-axial machine.

3) Three arm Bi-axial Machine :

• Three arm bi-Axial rotational moulding machine.
• One offset arm & two straight-arm
• Fully automatic burner, diesel or LPG or natural gas.
• Fuel consumption cycle around 12 kg of LPG depend on model capacity selected.
• Connected load starts from minimum 30H.P. depend on model capacity selected
• Process temperature upto 200 degree celcius.
