For pulverising granulated particles we have developed a uniquely designed Pulveriser with certain processing principals. Granulated raw materials is feeded into the grinders called Mill to draw the raw material a suction system is provided, different screening system is provided to get required powder mesh.,rough particles  from the

screen is refeeded in to the grinders(mill) through closed-loop process and the powder is collected with blower cyclone system. The finished products are collected into the ags.

The pulveriser we offer are provided with a special sensor and control for pressure, temperature and power consump_on register to enable round the clock operation.

Design

Mill Body :

For visual check of the disc gap two inspection windows are provided in

both side of the mill body. water cooling system is provided to prevent access heat inside of the mill body as well as to the stationary disc. temperature for long life of the disc. Water cooling system is also

provide for bearing housing.

Mill Door :

Water Cooling System is Provide into mill door Which Maintain Stationary disc temperature which will gives the batter life of disc

Metal Detector:

To detect metal inclusion particle from polymers a high efficiency hopper magnet is provided with the machine.

Feeder:

Low level indicator provided for feeding hopper. Auto tripping system in case of access temperature in material output and/or motor

overload. Temperature sensor is provided at the end of mill body. Temperature of Mill body goes higher, at that time machine will stop due to sense of temperature sensor

Disc:

Special graded and tested alloy steel is used for disc which passes through special hardening process.
